From the very first meeting with Helen and Judi they were kind, patient and incredibly respectful. Everything was explained clearly and handled with great care, which helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with organising a funeral. Nothing felt rushed and they made sure our wishes were listened to and carried out exactly as we hoped.

On the day of the funeral, everything was beautifully organised and ran seamlessly. Judi and the team ensured that our loved one Mel Cotterill was treated with the utmost respect throughout.

We are truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to our family. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a caring and trustworthy funeral director.

Every single person I have worked with has been amazing, from the funeral director himself (Paul i think his name was) to Nikki the Celebrant to reception ladies. All wonderful. I have never arranged a funeral before and I wasnt expecting to do so for a long time, but the support was amazing. Nothing was a silly question and ill never forget the kindness from this team. Thank you once again for giving my Mum a perfect send off.
