From the very first meeting with Helen and Judi they were kind, patient and incredibly respectful. Everything was explained clearly and handled with great care, which helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with organising a funeral. Nothing felt rushed and they made sure our wishes were listened to and carried out exactly as we hoped.
On the day of the funeral, everything was beautifully organised and ran seamlessly. Judi and the team ensured that our loved one Mel Cotterill was treated with the utmost respect throughout.

His compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made sure everything was handled with dignity and respect, which gave our family great comfort.
